Fresh build of Pastry from revision 3104 in the FreePastry? repository.
3104 fixes a few bugs, just for FeedTree:
fixed some bugs for dsandler:
- can disable the automatic port incrementing, this is useful if you keep the jvm up to retry joining or the like
- implemented a condition that I forgot to implement in ConsistentJoinProtocol? which should speed up joining in churn. It would have eventually joined, but may be much faster now.
